Return policy:

Our return policy is very simple.

Damaged/Faulty :

In case the product is faulty, tampered, damaged. We’re extremely sorry for that.

You can simply apply for return of the product our personnel will pick it up from your place.

You’ll be given options by our customer care executive. The options available are:

  • Replacement of the same product.
  • Buy a different product instead.
  • Get the refund .
  • Simply add the money to the wallet.

Please note: Refunds would be made only through online transactions.

Wrong item received:         

In case you receive the wrong product. Kindly retain the packaging and the receipt same as you receive it. You will be asked to share/email the photos of the wrong product that you received and after certain verification at our side our delivery personnel would pick it up from your place. After the quality check is done, you will receive a call from our Customer care executive. Then it would be your option whether you would like to:

  1. Replacement of the same product.
  2. Buy a different product instead.
  3. Get the refund .
  4. Simply add the money to the wallet.

Please note: We have a 14 days return policy after you receive the product.

  All items should be unused and in its original state and packaging.
