Tasty Recipe for Protein Shakes

Eating right is the biggest problem that we face nowadays. We binge or gobble down whatever we find in the supermarket’s shelf. Most of the items from the supermarket are unhealthy and loaded with sugars. As we are always out of time, we often stack up our kitchen shelves with these unhealthy snacks. We can prepare a healthy and nutritious snack in no time, with the help of the ingredients that we normally find in our kitchens. No need for any fancy ingredients just protein powder, water/milk, and some mix and matches. Protein shakes are easiest to make and full of healthy stuff and won’t even take your precious time.

These are few protein shakes recipes:

Vanilla Coffee Shake

½ cup of vanilla flavored milk

½ cup of cold-brewed black coffee

2 scoops spn’s vanilla protein powder

Any sweetener of your choice

A handful of ice cubes

Vanilla Shake

½ cup of vanilla-flavored milk

2 scoops spn’s vanilla protein powder

Any sweetener of your choice

A handful of ice cubes

Oats Shake

½ cup dry/rolled oats

2 scoops spn’s vanilla/chocolate protein powder

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 ½ cups water or almond or normal milk

Any sweetener of your choice

A handful of ice cubes

Banana Nut Shake

½-1 banana

1 cup almond milk or water

10 almonds

1 scoop spn’s vanilla protein powder

Any sweetener of your choice

A handful of ice cubes

Protein coffee shake:

½ cup milk (of your choice)

½ cup cold-brewed black coffee

2 scoops spn’s chocolate protein powder

1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Any sweetener of your choice

A handful of ice cubes

Chocolaty protein shake:

1 cup water or almond or normal milk

2 scoops spn’s chocolate protein powder

1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Any sweetener of your choice

Peanut butter protein shake:

1 cup water or almond or normal milk

2 scoops spn’s chocolate protein powder

½ cup unsweetened peanut butter

Add a banana (if you prefer)

1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Any sweetener of your choice.

Method for shake preparation:

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and voila your high protein shakes is ready.
