  1. What are the modes of return available on spn’s?

Bank transfer- This is when you opt for refund and the money is sent/refunded to the bank account that you’ve provided.

2. What is the general return policy?

You need to initiate the return of product within 7 days after you receive it.

3. What should I do if I receive a wrong product?

You can initiate a return of the product. Please check our return policy and follow the steps accordingly.

4. In maximum how many days do I receive my order?

We deliver within 4-5 business days.

5. What are the shipping charges?

We don’t charge for shipping, our product rates are inclusive of all additional charges.

6. Do you guys deliver internationally?

Right now we do not deliver internationally.

7. Why are your products more expensive than other brands?

Our raw materials are imported from many different countries and are in most pure and freshest form. This adds on to the overall production and manufacturing cost of the supplements.
