Gainer Dosage

Dosage and directions for use:

For MAINTENANCE: As part of a Muscle Maintenance solution, add 1 scoop of Gainer to 240 ml of cold milk or water. For maximum results consume Gainer once daily as a part of your healthy diet in between meals.

For Size Gaining: As part of a Weight Gaining program, add 1 scoop of Gainer to 240 ml of cold milk or water. For maximum results consume Gainer 2 – 3 times daily in between regular meals &, immediately following exercise with more than 3 to 4 liters of water intake.

MUSCLE GAIN: As part of a gaining muscle or Bodybuilding program, add 1 scoop of Gainer to 240 ml of cold-milk or water. For maximum results consume Gainer 2 – 3 times daily in between regular meals &, immediately following exercise

Whey Dosage

MAINTENANCE: As part of a Muscle Maintenance solution, add 1 scoop of Whey protein to 240 ml of cold water or beverage of choice. For maximum results consume Whey protein once daily as a part of your healthy diet and training regimen.

WEIGHTLIFTING: As a part of a Weightlifting or Strength and Conditioning routine, add 2 scoops of Whey protein to 340 to 450 ml of cold water or beverage of choice. For maximum results consume Whey protein twice daily, immediately following an exercise and late evening before bedtime.

MUSCLE GAIN: As part of a gaining muscle or Bodybuilding program, add 1 scoop of Whey protein to 240 ml of cold milk or water. For maximum results consume Whey protein 2 – 3 times daily in between regular meals &, immediately following exercise.

Drink atleast 4-5 liters of water for better absorption.
